Our patients’ health is our top priority and we have taken several steps to keep you, our staff and our doctors safe.
Currently, we are seeing only urgent and emergency cases in our offices. Our target date to open for is May 18th.
If you have a scheduled appointment after this date, you will receive a phone call prior to your appointment during which time the staff will ask a series of questions related to your health to ensure that you are in the best health to attend your appointment.
Upon arrival to the office, you have two options:
If you must wait in the waiting room, we have taken several steps to practice safe distancing including the limitation of patients allowed in the waiting room, spaced out seating and rigorous cleaning.
Please come alone, or if you need an essential companion for mobility or communication purposes, please limit this to only one person.
All patients (and essential companions) will be asked to wear a medical-grade mask into the office.
If you do not have a medical-grade mask, our staff will provide you with one upon entry to the office.
Only patients and necessary staff are allowed in exam rooms.
We continue to practice environmental hygiene and disinfect exam rooms between patients and all other areas in our office on a frequent basis.
Most of all, we want you – our patients – to stay healthy. If you have any questions, please call our office staff for assistance.
Whether you need a comprehensive eye exam, cataract surgery or want to learn about a bladeless LASIK procedure, you can be assured that the medical team of board certified ophthalmologists at Palisade Eye is here to assist you.
