Hardik Parikh, MD was born and raised in New Jersey. He earned his medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School with his ophthalmology residency at New York University. His fellowship in Glaucoma was at Tufts University-New England Eye Center, a Harvard teaching hospital. His interest in research led to co-authoring more than 20 publications with presentations at national and international meetings.
His expertise is in minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) approaches as well as traditional medical, surgical and laser therapies. Dr. Parikh specializes in cataract surgery with standard and premium intraocular lenses that treat astigmatism and presbyopia. In addition, Dr. Parikh is a member of the American Glaucoma Society, and fellow of American Academy of Ophthalmology. He is fluent in Spanish and Gujarati.
